MARQUETTE

Created by University of Minesotta and introduced in 2006, Marquette is a cold hardy variety which is resistant to downy mildew, powdery mildew and black rot. With its high sugar and moderate acidity, the wine produced with this variety has notes of cherry, berry, black pepper and spice. More info

FRONTENAC

Frontenac is a cold hardy variety that is disease resistant. A variety of wine styles like rosé and port. Frontenac wine has a palate of blackberry, blackcurrent and plum. More info

PINOT NOIR

Pinot Noir, one of the most known variety of vitis vinifera. Our Pinot is grafted on cold hardy roots to endure the rigorous climate of our region and disease resistant. Planted in 2010, our pinots have survived a few winters with us.

TRAMINETTE

Traminette, a white variety of vitis vinifera. Traminette is a cross between Gewurztraminer and Joannes Seyve. Wine from traminette has characteristics of Gewuztraminer. Our traminettes are grafted on cold hardy roots to endure the rigorous climate of our region and disease resistant. Planted in 2010, our traminette have survived a few winters with us.

REISLING

Reisling, a well known variety of vitis vinifera. Widely grown in the colder regions of Europe like Germany, Austria etc. Reisling wine is very aromatic and perfumed depending on the terroir. Our Reislings are grafted on cold hardy roots to endure the rigorous climate of our region and disease resistant. Planted in 2010, our Reislings have survived a few winters with us.
